What does Sunrich Brake manufacture?
Disc brake pads (disc brake lining) for all major vehicle makes, and brake pad wear-sensor alarm lines. The catalogue holds more than 1,400 pad references covering 95% of the world's vehicle models.
Which vehicle makes do your brake pads fit?
The catalogue is organised by about 100 makes, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Chevrolet, Land Rover, Peugeot, Renault, Volvo, BYD, Geely, Great Wall and Haval. Send your OE or FMSI reference and we will match it.
What friction materials are available?
Semi-metallic, low-metallic, ceramic and NAO (non-asbestos organic). All formulas are asbestos free and were developed by our own R&D department; the main high-carbon formula is EM808, and a mature formula with a friction coefficient of 0.55 is available.
Which certifications do you hold?
IATF 16949 quality management for the design and manufacture of automotive brake pads (certified by TÜV SÜD), and ECE R90 approval issued by the German KBA (E1), approval no. E1*90R02/03/A*0272/0261*00, for the EM808 lining.
Can you make brake pads to our specification or under our brand?
Yes. We design and develop pads in the specifications and materials customers require, with new mold development capacity of at least 60 pairs per month. Our ECE R90 approval already lists the SUNRICH brand together with nine partner trade marks.
Where is the factory and can we visit?
The plant is at No. 103 Xianxia Road, Shuige Industrial Park, in the national-level Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhejiang, China: a 20,383 m² site with 18,355 m² of buildings, automated production lines and in-house testing equipment.
